CHANGE POLICY

 

If for any reason the product you selected is not suitable for you, you always reserve the right to change within 14 calendar days (including working and non-working days / holidays / holidays) from the date of receipt of your order.

In case you do not wish to exchange with another product, a credit coupon is provided for a period of 90 days.

 

RETURN

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days (including working and non-working days / public holidays / public holidays) from receipt of the products. The refund is for the net value of the products.

Cash on delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Make sure that the product is in its absolute original condition, the product’s special markings (protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed, it has not been used beyond testing or washed.

You give the packaged product to a courier agency of your choice at your own expense.
The refund is made by bank deposit to an IBAN bank account that you will indicate to us when the payment has been made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, and to the card used when the payment has been made by card. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the returned products.
No refunds are given on products 50% off or more, as well as products from an exchange.
No refunds are made on orders placed via phone, Instagram, Facebook, and in-store purchases.
Shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. The return is the responsibility of the customer.

You give the packaged product to the agency that delivered it to you at our expense. The cost amounts to €5 and will be deducted from the net value of the returned items when replacing your order. After quality control, we send the replacement product.
In the event that the value of the replacement product is less than the return product, a voucher with the difference will be issued and sent to you. The voucher is personal and can be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issue. After this period it ceases to be valid.
No changes are made on products with a discount percentage of 50% or more.
No changes are accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt. The time frame is not extended in any case.

In the case of a refund, it is made to the same means of payment.

In the event that you have not found a replacement product, a credit coupon (voucher) valid for 90 days from the date of our receipt of the return product and of a value equal to the value of the returned item is issued. The voucher is personal and is sent to you via e-mail or in a way you indicate to us. After 60 days it ceases to be valid.
